Your data and settings are kept for 30 days. Subscribe at any point in that window and nothing changes for your team; otherwise the workspace is archived and then deleted.
Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout; PayHere confirms the deposit within one business day and the subscription activates automatically. Card plans renew automatically; bank-transfer plans send a renewal reminder 14 days before expiry.
Vortex and Craft Studio are per named user per month. iMonitor is per monitored PC. You can add or remove seats at any time; changes are pro-rated on the next invoice.
Every payment produces a tax invoice in LKR (or USD for international customers) that you can download from the portal.
