Who we are

Jedru Apps (Pvt) Ltd ("Jedru", "we"), Kandy, Sri Lanka, operates jedru.com and the Jedru customer portal and products (Vortex, iMonitor, Craft Studio). Contact: privacy@jedru.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, organisation, role, password hash, sign-in method (email, Microsoft or Google).
• Billing data: organisation address, tax ID, payment reference and last four card digits from PayHere. Full card numbers are never received by us.
• Usage and device data: sign-in times, IP address, browser and device fingerprint, product features used, for security and support.
• Product data you enter (recipes, batches, usage records, garment specifications). This belongs to your organisation.
• iMonitor specifically records application usage and working time on PCs where your organisation installs the agent; the organisation is the data controller and is responsible for informing its staff.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, to bill you, to support you, to prevent licence abuse and to improve the products. We do not sell personal data and we do not use product data for advertising.

Retention

Account and product data is kept while the organisation has an active trial or subscription and for 30 days after closure, then deleted. Invoices are kept for 7 years as required by law. Security logs are kept for 12 months.

Sharing

Payment processing by PayHere (Sri Lanka); hosting and backups with our cloud providers; email delivery providers. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@jedru.com. Organisation administrators manage their members' accounts. We respond within 30 days.
