Terms of service

Last updated 11 October 2026. Governing law: Sri Lanka. Draft prepared for review by your lawyer before publishing.

Service

Jedru provides access to its products on a subscription basis. A 14-day free trial is available per organisation per product. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Accounts and acceptable use

One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension. You are responsible for your organisation's users and for complying with local law, including informing staff where monitoring software is deployed.

End User Licence Agreement

Jedru grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products for your organisation's internal business for the subscription term. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or sublicense the software, circumvent licence checks or device binding, or remove proprietary notices. All intellectual property remains with Jedru.

Payments

Prices are shown on jedru.com and at checkout, excluding applicable taxes. Payments are processed by PayHere. Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; bank-transfer subscriptions renew on receipt of payment.

Refunds and cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans may be cancelled for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase; thereafter they remain active until the end of the term. Trials incur no charge.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability excluding announced maintenance. Support is provided by email during Sri Lanka business hours. Enterprise agreements may define a different service level.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided with reasonable skill and care but otherwise "as is". Jedru's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Jedru is not liable for indirect losses, including lost production or wasted materials.

Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. Jedru may suspend immediately for non-payment, licence abuse or security risk. On termination, data is available for export for 30 days.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka; the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction.
